Overview
Dragon Ball: Daizenshū 7: Dragon Ball Daijiten has everything that is Dragon Ball. It contains a "character guide", an "attack list", "timelines", and a "battle power" guide that leads up to the end of the Frieza Saga. It also contains a complete "location" and "item list". Within its massive binding also appears special times used in Dragon Ball (such as how long Oolong can stay [[transformed), a timeline which shows the progress of Dragon Ball in fields of tankōbon, anime, movies, games, merchandise, and even how it appeared in daily Japanese life. There is also a section which covers Dragon Ball popularity in the world. At the time of this book's publication, the Dragon Ball anime had just begun airing in syndication in the United States and Latin America (1995). The caption covering America shows Son Goku with underwear drawn over his butt and mentions the fact that it was edited, and even makes mention of "the company in Houston" which purchased the rights to the show (FUNimation Entertainment). The "battle power" guide follows the fight against Raditz to the defeat of Freeza on Planet Namek.
