HAIL Freeza is a rush attack used by Freeza in his Second Form.

First, Second Form Freeza says, "I'll show you hell!" as he charges at his opponent and knees them up into the air. Next, he flies up to his opponent and impales them in the chest with one of his horns. Then, he shifts his head up and down, further injuring his opponent and causing more blood to leak out of them. Finally, Second Form Freeza throws his opponent off his horn down to the ground and blasts them with the Punishing Blaster, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Second Form Freeza used most of this attack in his battle against Son Gohan, Kuririn, and Vegeta. After blasting everyone away with a huge shockwave blast, Second Form] Freeza flew up and attempted to impale Dende, who was being carried by Kuririn. Although Kuririn was able to throw Dende out of the way, Second Form] Freeza hit Kuririn with the HAIL Freeza rush's horn impalement, severely injuring him and throwing him down deep into the Namekian sea. Gohan then furiously attacked Second Form Freeza, while Dende rushed to retrieve and heal Kuririn back to health.

HAIL Freeza is named in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and is Freeza's Ultimate Blast in his Second Form.

It is named Pleasurable Freeza Time (悦楽 の フリーザ タイム, Etsuraku no Furiiza Taimu; Literally meaning "Pleasure of Freeza Time") in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi.

It later appeared in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast and Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 .
