Kōzō Shioya (塩屋 浩三, Shioya Kōzō) (born on August 18, 1955 in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan) is a veteran Japanese voice actor. He is currently represented by Aoni Production. His younger brother is voice actor Yoku Shioya.
He is known for voicing Evil Boo, Ghurd, Majin Boo, Totapo, and Vodka.
