Kirano participated in the 28th Tenkaichi Tournament. He was a pretty boy who the ladies could not seem to get enough of. He was scheduled to fight against Captain Chicken, but his opponent was scared off by Son Goku's battle against Oob. If Goku and Oob had not left in the middle of their fight, thus canceling the match, his next opponent would have been either Goku or Oob.
