Contestant 40 appeared in "Will it Appear?! The Power From the Training". He fought in a match against Yamucha at the 21st Tenkaichi Tournament. He thought the Rogafufu-ken was a silly name, but he was then defeated by the attack.

Trivia

Contestant 40 is one of the few characters to be successfully defeated by the Rogafufu-ken.
