The Micro Band is a watch that is able to shrink the person who is wearing it.

History

Dragon Ball

Bulma Brief invented this device so she could ride with Son Goku in his shirt on the Kinto Un. She traded it to Turtle Hermit in exchange for a submarine. Turtle Hermit used this device as a way to spy on Bulma while she was on the toilet, but it failed as he showed up when she had finished. Later, he tried to convince Lunch several times to take a bath so that he could sneak in microscopically and see her naked. Bulma eventually found out about his perverted schemes and took the Micro Band back.
