Mugley

Mugley (マグーレ, Magūre; FUNimation "Muckley") is a martial artist.
History
Mugley appeared in Dragon Ball GT. He was the winner of the Junior Division at the 31st Tenkaichi Tournament. He fought in a match against Son Goku. He won by running up to Goku and knocking him out of the ring while Goku was distracted by Vegeta.
