Otis appeared in "Deadly Beauty". He drove a semi-truck with Cletus in the passenger seat during Vegeta's battle against Artificial Human No. 18. Cletus noticed that Vegeta and No. 18 were on top of the semi-truck, but Otis (who was driving) did not believe him.
