Tall Man

Tall Man (ノッポ, Noppo; Literally meaning "Toothpick") is a cowboy from Brown County.
Biography[edit]
Tall Man was the only person who was not afraid when he heard Launch's name. When Launch showed up in her nice personality (people only knew her in her bad personality), he bought her a drink and tried to hit on her. When she sneezed and changed into her bad personality, she easily beat him up. It is unknown what happens to him or his followers afterwards.
