Masaharu Satō (佐藤 正治, Satō Masaharu) (born on July 1, 1946 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor who works for Aoni Production. He is considered one of the top Japanese supporting actors in the world along with the late Kōji Totani.
He voiced Black in the Japanese dub of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT and Doore in Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge. He also voiced Cold in the Dragon Ball Z filler episode "Warriors of the Dead".
