Katchin (Viz "Klangite") is the densest material in the Dragon Ball universe.

History

East Kaioshin used his powers of Magic Materialization to summon a block of Katchin. It was then used to test the Z Sword. As Son Goku hurled the cube of Katchin at Son Gohan, the Z Sword proved no match and the sacred Z Sword was broken, releasing Old Kaioshin from within it.

Video games

A wall made of Katchin appeared in Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury. Katchin is resistant to many attacks, such as the Kamehameha.
