Ocha-baasan

Ocha-baasan (お春ばあさん, Oharu-bāsan; Literally meaning "Contact Spring Granny") is a resident of Penguin Village.
Ocha-baasan's Japanese name may be a pun on the word Ocha, or Green Tea in English.

Ocha-baasan was an old lady who worked at Tobacco in Penguin Village.
