Cletus appeared in "Deadly Beauty". He was shown with Otis in a semi-truck during Vegeta's battle against Artificial Human No. 18. Cletus noticed that Vegeta and No. 18 were on top of the semi-truck, but Otis (who was driving) did not believe him.
