Final Shine Attack (ファイナルシャインアタック) is one of Vegeta's ultimate attacks. It appears to be a more powerful version of the Final Flash. First, Vegeta puts his hand to his side and forms a green energy sphere. Then, he brings his hand forward and fires a green energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.
Vegeta used this attack during the battle against Super 17, but it proved ineffective against the Super Android. He also attempted it against Omega Shenron, but failed and was countered by his Dragon Thunder attack.
[edit] Appearances in video games
In the Budokai Tenkaichi series, Final Shine Attack is Vegeta's Ultimate Blast in his Super Saiyan 4 form. It also appeared in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 and Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World as a death move, but is performed in a Final Flash stance.
[edit] Trivia
- The Final Shine Attack in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is blue in colour, rather than being fully green like it was in the anime.
- In the Budokai series and Budokai Tenkaichi series, the Final Shine Attack is exclusively performed by Vegeta in his Super Saiyan 4 transformation. However, in Dragon Ball GT Vegeta never used it as a Super Saiyan 4, but as a Super Saiyan 2 instead.
- In Dragon Ball GT, Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta used Final Flash which was colored same way as the Final Shine Attack.
