Flying Kamehameha (フライングかめはめは) is a fly-charging version of the Kamehameha used by Goku in his Full-Power Super Saiyan form. Goku flies up into the air at the opponent while cupping his hands at his side and saying, "Ka... me... ha... me...". Then, he stops as he brings his hands forward and and fires the attack with the final syllable, “…ha!” at the opponent, inflicting a high amount of damage.
Goku used this attack during his battle against Perfect Cell. After bracing himself against Perfect Cell’s head butt, Goku dropped onto the ground and double-kicked Perfect Cell up into the air. Goku then flew up and fired the Flying Kamehameha at Perfect Cell, though the Android managed to deflect it away. However, this was merely a distraction for Goku to teleport and elbow Perfect Cell from behind.
