The Bloody Smash (ブラッディー スマッシュ, Buraddii Sumasshu) is a rush attack used by Broly in his Super Saiyan form (and on New Planet Vegeta in his Legendary Super Saiyan form).

Usage[edit]

Super Saiyan Broly kicks his opponent up into the air, grabs their head, and throws them down to the ground. He then smashes his opponent's head into the ground and stomps on their back to drive them deeper into the ground, inflicting a high amount of damage.

Dragon Ball Z: Broly: Second Coming[edit]

Super Saiyan Broly used part of this attack in his battle against Son Goten and Trunks Brief in Dragon Ball Z: Broly: Second Coming. When Goten and Trunks tried to run away, Super Saiyan Broly caught them and attacked them with the Bloody Smash rush's head smash and body jump. Goten and Trunks managed to dodge Super Saiyan Broly's body jump and attempted to attack only for Super Saiyan Broly to catch them and throw them into the ground.

Super Saiyan Broly later used the Bloody Smash rush's kick in his battle against Son Gohan and kicked him up into the air.

Video games[edit]

Bloody Smash is named in the Budokai Tenkaichi video game series and is one of Broly's Blast 2 attacks in his base form.

It later appeared in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast.
