The Fusion Genki Dama (フュージョン 元気 玉, Fyūjon Genki Dama; FUNimation "Fusion Spirit Bomb"; Literally meaning "Fusion Innate Spirit Ball") is a triple-team attack used by Son Goku, Krillin, and Son Gohan. When Goku is defeated by the opponent and lies on the ground, he gives Krillin the remaining energy he has for the Genki Dama. Once Krillin forms the Genki Dama in his hand, he launches the attack at the opponent. When the opponent dodges the Genki Dama, Gohan appears and deflects the attack up into the air at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Goku, Krillin, and Gohan used this attack during the battle against Vegeta. While Gohan fought against Vegeta, Goku (who was severely injured by Vegeta's earlier rampage as a Great Ape) gave the last remaining energy of the Genki Dama to Krillin. When Vegeta backed Gohan into a corner and Yajirobe (who cut off Vegeta's tail) yelled for Krillin to throw the Fusion Genki Dama, Vegeta heard Yajirobe and dodged the attack. However, Gohan (telepathically contacted by Goku) deflected the Fusion Genki Dama up at the suprised Vegeta, blasting him up into the air. However, Vegeta managed to survive the attack, heavily injured, and continued the battle.

Fusion Spirit Bomb is named in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast and is one of the Team Super Attacks. In Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, it is called Spirit Bomb and is Goku's (Early) Ultimate Blast in which he uses the move by himself. It also appears in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2.
