Jōji Yanami (八奈見 乗児, Yanami Jōji) (born on August 30, 1931 in Tokyo) is a veteran Japanese voice actor. He is currently represented by Aoni Production. He was born Shigemitsu Shirato (白土 繁満, Shirato Shigemitsu).
He is best known as the voice of the Narrator, North Kaio, Dr. Brief, and Babidi in the Dragon Ball franchise.
