Menmen (FUNimation "Men Men") is the cousin of Baron Jaga Butta.

Biography

Menmen appeared in Dragon Ball Z: Bio Broly. He wore a green pinstripe outfit with a top hat and worked for his rich tyrant cousin, Jaga, who had a devious plan for revenge against Mister Satan. He tried to get Satan to come and battle the Biowarriors in order to prove that he was not a fraud.
