Now We're Playing for Keeps! (本気でやらせてもらうぞ!) is a rush attack used by Artificial Human No. 17. No 17 says, "Time to get serious!" as he palm strikes the opponent in their face. Then, he punches the opponent in their stomach and elbows them on their back. Finally, No. 17 sweep kicks the opponent off the ground before kicking them away, inflicting high damage.

The two had a stare down and No. 17 suddenly attacked Piccolo with the Now We're Playing for Keeps! rush, though Piccolo managed to dodge No. 17's last two hits and somersaulted away. Piccolo praised No. 17's speed, but remarked that Goku punched harder.
