Oggers is a short and beige alien.

Biography

Dragon Ball Z

Oggers was one of the soldiers who Commander Ginyu forced to be a practice dummy in order for him to try out a new team pose. He stood in the place of Ghurd. After Ginyu knocked a soldier into the sky when he had accidentally touched a Dragon Ball, he asked the rest of the soldiers if they wanted to touch the Dragon Balls as badly as the last soldier. He told them he would give two caramels to whomever touched a Dragon Ball. Oggers was later knocked into the sky along with the rest of the other soldiers when they all failed to touch a Dragon Ball.
