The Punishing Rush (バニシング ラッシュ, Banishingu Rasshu; Literally meaning "Vanishing Rush") is a rush attack used by Freeza in his First Form.

Freeza shouts, "Here I go!" as he elbows his opponent in the stomach and hits them on their legs with his tail, turning them around. He then double slaps his opponent on their back, knocking them away and teleporting in front of them to backhand punch them in the face, inflicting a high amount of damage.

Freeza used parts of this attack to torture Nail during their battle, all the while demanding him to reveal the secret password of the Namek Dragon Balls.

Punishing Rush is named in the Budokai Tenkaichi video game series and is one of Frieza’s Blast 2 attacks in his first form.

It later appeared in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast.

Each game changes how the attack is performed.
