Ran Ran was a doll that looked like a female version of Chaozu and which he considered his wife. It is unknown whether she exists in the main timeline as she made her first, and only, appearance in Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure. Since Mystical Adventure is a retelling of the events of early Dragon Ball, Ran Ran probably is non-existent in the main timeline.
