Saber Tigers (サーベル タイガー, Sāberu Taigā) are animal-type Earthlings.

History

Dragon Ball

A Saber Tiger appeared in a filler scene where Son Goku ran away and outsmarted it. Another was seen in "Find That Stone!" and attacked Kuririn.

Dragon Ball Z

A Saber Tiger appeared in "The New Threat" where Son Gohan ran away from it scared. The same Saber Tiger appeared in other various filler scenes in the early and mid parts of the Vegeta Saga until it ironically ended up being left stranded on an island by Gohan. The same Saber Tiger reappeared during the Garlic Jr. Saga where it tried to eat Gohan again. Gohan moved out of the way and the Saber Tiger bumped into a rocky wall.

Films

Saber Tigers made a brief appearance in Gohan's dream in Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest.

Video games

Saber Tigers appeared in Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure, Dragon Ball: Origins, and Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II.
