History

The Saiyaman Watch was used to instantly transform into the Great Saiyaman costume. Bulma Brief designed both the watch and the costume within only two hours of Son Gohan's request. He wanted it to help fight crime in Satan City while still keeping his identity a secret.

Son Videl later acquired her own watch to turn into the Great Saiyawoman and fought alongside Gohan.

• The Saiyaman Watch is a reference to devices commonly used by Japanese superheroes to perform their transformations.
• The Saiyaman Watch is similar to Flash's ring, which he uses to quickly hide his costume.
