The Ultimate Blow is a rush attack used by Hatchiyack.
Hatchiyack used this attack against Vegeta in Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiya-jin Zetsumetsu Keikaku and Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans. After appearing on the battlefield, Hatchiyack instantly attacked Vegeta with the Ultimate Blow, sending him groveling to the Z Warriors.
Ultimate Blow is named in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 and its one of Hatchiyack's super attacks.
