Masato Hirano (平野 正人, Hirano Masato) (born on November 16, 1955 in Iwate-Gun) is a Japanese voice actor who has voiced multiple characters in anime.
He voiced Man-Wolf and Piano in the Japanese dub of Dragon Ball and Neiz in Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge.
