Puntar
From Dragon Ball Encyclopedia, the ''Dragon Ball'' wiki
"I was worried that I'd end up beating myself into a pulp, but now that you're here, I guess you'll do just fine."
— Puntar in "Forfeit of Piccolo!"
Puntar (プンター, Puntā; FUNimation "Pintar") is a large martial artist.
Biography
Puntar fought in a match against Kuririn in the 25th Tenkaichi Tournament. Before the match, he constantly insulted Kuririn because he was smaller and shorter. He told Kuririn about how badly he was going to defeat him, and that it was not going to take him more than thirty seconds to win. Kuririn, however, knew that he could win and was annoyed by Puntar's boasting. When the match started, Puntar jumped all over the ring showing off his speed, which was somewhat impressive for his size. Puntar then gave Kuririn a free punch, however, and Kuririn used it to end the pointless fight quickly. Kuririn punched him hard in the gut, slapped him in the face repeatedly, and kicked him out of the ring. Kuririn did all this with little to no effort. Puntar had made it all the way to the semi-finals at the previous tournament according to the Tenkaichi Tournament Announcer.
It should be noted that he was strong for a Human. A competitor with a bear's claw for a hand scored 112 points on the qualifying test, but did not make it to the top fifteen. This would imply that he could punch harder than that and, given that Mister Satan scored a 137, this would mean he would have been an actual challenge for the world champ if the Z Warriors had not participated.
