Andrew T. Chandler is an American voice actor who primarily works for FUNimation Entertainment. He is best known as the voice of Giran in Dragon Ball, Spopovich and Kibito in Dragon Ball Z, Cooler in Dragon Ball Z Movies 5 and 6, and General Rilldo and the Narrator in Dragon Ball GT.
