Blast Combos are a certain type of combo only seen in Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and the Raging Blast video game series. They are basically a regular combo followed with a Blast 2 or Super Attack. The Blast 2s executed at the end of these combos do a lot less damage than a regular Blast 2, but they use a fraction of the Ki that would normally be used. For example, if Son Goku performs the Rolling Hammer and uses the basic follow up to that move, after he knocks the opponent away, he can quickly execute a weaker Kamehame-Ha.

Mastering these combos is important in fighting stronger opponents or giant characters.
