Brice Weeks Armstrong (born on January 3, 1936 in Dallas, Texas) is an anime voice actor who primarily works on the properties of FUNimation.
He voiced Senbei Norimaki in Dragon Ball and Captain Ginyu and Lord Slug in Dragon Ball Z. He was also the voice of the Narrator in the Dragon Ball series.
