Doug Parker (born on December 17, 1957) is a Canadian voice director and voice actor. He has been doing voices in several cartoons and anime, working with Ocean Productions to dub Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z.
He voiced Shu and Shenron in the Ocean Group dub of Dragon Ball and Bubbles, Gregory, Mez, and Raspberry in Dragon Ball Z.
