Usage
First, Super Saiyan 2 Gohan charges up an incredible amount of energy so that the golden aura around his body keeps flashing. Next, he brings his cupped hands to his side and charges a golden-yellow Kamehameha. Finally, Super Saiyan 2 Gohan brings his hands forward and fires the attack with the flashing light emanating from his body at his opponent, inflicting a high amount of damage and even creating a mushroom cloud in its wake.
History
Dragon Ball Z
Super Saiyan 2 Gohan used this attack in an attempt to destroy Majin Boo's Cocoon. Wanting to protect the people he cared about from Majin Boo, Super Saiyan 2 Gohan rejected East Kaio's order to retreat and attacked Majin Boo's Cocoon with the Flashing Kamehameha. As the smoke cleared, however, the cocoon appeared to be unaffected by the attack. He then fired several Flashing Kamehameha at the cocoon, but could not inflict any damage. He instead blasted the cocoon up into the air. Super Saiyan 2 Gohan tried one more time to destroy it with a Super Flashing Kamehameha, but once again the attempt failed.
