Ryūzaburō Ōtomo (大友 龍三郎, Ōtomo Ryūzaburō) is a Japanese voice actor, actor, and narrator from Tokyo. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production.
He voiced Dabura in the Japanese dub of Dragon Ball Z and the second form of Oceanus Shen Long in Dragon Ball GT.
