Saiyan Spirit is an energy wave attack used by Bardock. When performing Saiyan Spirit, Bardock remembers the gruesome deaths of his friends. His anger takes him over and he attacks his enemy all-out. The attack ends with a full power Ki Blast similar to the Riot Javelin.

Saiyan Spirit is featured in most Dragon Ball Z video games such as Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3, Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World, and Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit.
