Whirlwind Spin

From Dragon Ball Wiki, the ''Dragon Ball'' encyclopedia

The Whirlwind Spin (旋風 スピン, Senpū Supin) is an offensive technique that is first used by Oceanus Shenron. She puts both of her middle and fourth fingers together while she places together the points of her index, thumbs, and pinkies to create a sign. She then releases her hands to form a razor-sharp wind tornado (with Oceanus as the epicenter) that cuts and damages the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.

Omega Shenron's Whirlwind Spin

Oceanus Shenron used this attack against Son Goku in her battle with him and Pan in the Shadow Dragon Saga. After Goku had countered her spin attack with his own, Oceanus used the Whirlwind Spin on Goku, trapping the Saiyan against the cliff. With Goku helpless, the bird of Colem, a friend of Pan, dived from above the Whirlwind Spin and attacked Oceanus in the head. Because of this, Pan figured out the weakness of the Whirlwind Spin: Oceanus was vulnerable to attacks from the very top of her. Pan fired her first perfect Kamehame-Ha at Oceanus, stopping the attack. Free, Goku fired his own and put an end to the Evil Dragon.

Throughout the saga, Omega Shenron used this attack on Super Saiyan 4 Goku after the latter was frozen by Omega's Ice Ray. With subsequent attacks by the Mighty Hurricane Fury and the Dragon Thunder, Omega knocked the Saiyan to the ground unconscious.

In Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 and Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World it is one of Omega Shenron's death moves.
