Dragon Ball Z (arcade game)
From Dragon Ball Encyclopedia
Dragon Ball Z (ドラゴン ボール ゼット, Doragon Bōru Zetto) is a fighting game for the arcade. It was released only in Japan in 1993 and developed by Magical Formation and publisher by Banpresto.
History[edit]
Dragon Ball Z's cabinet was unique for being shaped like a robot, with markings similar to Son Goku's gi, that held a monitor and controls. Although it was a Japanese exclusive, rumors have persisted for some time that imported copies of the game and its sequel, Dragon Ball Z 2: Super Battle, have appeared in the United States. Both games have become available, however, to English-speaking fans through emulation.
