Charmy Yamada

Charmy Yamada (チャーミー 山田, Chāmii Yamada) is a very dedicated Metropolis Island policeman who transfers to Penguin Village.
Biography
Charmy usually patrolled on a dirt bike.
Dr. Slump
When Charmy first arrived at Penguin Village, he ended up arresting almost half the town for extremely minor crimes. When he was about to arrest a Gorilla for picking his nose, Arale Norimaki showed up holding a stick with poop on it. Charmy was scared of her because she was holding poop on a stick and she chased him through town into the police station, breaking the walls and letting all of Penguin Village's residents free again. After being chased all night, Arale managed to put the poop on Charmy's head.
Dragon Ball
Charmy and the rest of the Penguin Village police force got ready to fight against General Blue, but ended up wasting time shooting down King Nikochan's Spaceship instead.
