Paul Dobson is an Canadian voice actor who works for Ocean Productions.
He voiced Zarbon, Bardock, Dr. Brief, and Orlen in the Ocean Group dub of Dragon Ball Z. He also voiced Nicky, Dr. Kochin, and Dr. Wheelo in Dragon Ball Z films.
