Babidi's Mind Control (あやつり 魔術, Ayatsuri Majutsu; Literally meaning "Manipulation Sorcery") is a supportive technique used by Babidi.
History
Dragon Ball Z
Babidi's Mind Control could be cast over any being in an effort to take control of their mind. This spell was only known to work successfully on targets with evil in their hearts. (Only those who were pure good could resist; even those who were pure evil, like Dabura, were vulnerable to his attack.) The attack seemed to work on anyone with a single evil characteristic. Even those who were relatively neutral, such as (possibly) the Human Spopovich, were vulnerable. Essentially, anyone who could be destroyed by the Devilmite Beam could be enslaved by this Majin Curse. It should be noted, however, that there were times when the spell did not work 100% of the time even with one evil characteristic present. Notably, Vegeta ended up being extremely difficult for Babidi to control after he had cast the spell on Vegeta (and it was implied that he "let" Babidi cast the spell on him just to reawaken his power).
Video games
Vegeta used this technique in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2, and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 to become Majin Vegeta. While in the Majin state, Vegeta could use any of the attacks that he might already have.
