Hirotaka Suzuoki (鈴置 洋孝, Suzuoki Hirotaka) (March 6, 1950 - August 6, 2006) was the voice actor for Tenshinhan, the Tenkaichi Tournament Announcer, Caroni, the Alien Announcer, Dolltaki, and Rage Shenron.
In 2006, Suzuoki died at the age of 56 as a result of lung cancer. Tenshinhan was originaly intended to appear in Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!!, but was not included out of respect of Hirotaka Suzuoki's death. His replacement for Tenshinhan's voice in Dragon Ball Kai is Hikaru Midorikawa.
