The Psychic Whip is an energy wave attack used by Vegetto.

Usage[edit]
First, Vegetto gets into a position as if he is finishing performing a Kamehameha. Next, he stands tall, points his fingers at the opponent, and cocks it back as if he firing a gun. Finally, his opponent is hit by a powerful, golden exploding wave.

Psychic Whip is named in Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout and is one of Vegetto's special attacks.
Trivia[edit]
- The Psychic Whip looks similar to the Exploding Wave technique used by Vegeta in the other Butōden games.
