Richest Man in Gingertown is a resident of Gingertown.

Biography

Richest Man in Gingertown appeared in "Borrowed Powers". When Piccolo arrived in the city after he had fused with Kami to face Imperfect Cell, he witnessed Imperfect Cell holding a man who begged and pleaded to be saved. He offered Piccolo all the money he had and exclaimed that he was the richest man in the town. Imperfect Cell appeared to let him go after being threatened by Piccolo, but proceeded to absorb the defenseless man until all that remained were his clothes and a few wads of rubber-banded Zeni. He was presumably later revived by the Dragon Balls along with Cell's other victims after the Artificial Human was defeated by Super Saiyan 2 Gohan.

• Richest Man in Gingertown looks similar to Gyosan Money from Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound and a man from Nicky Town from "Laboratory Basement".
• Richest Man in Gingertown briefly reappears as one of the spirits trapped in Cell when Cell powers up to fight against Artificial Human No. 17.
