The Shining Sword Attack (シャイニング ソード アタック, Shainingu Sōdo Atakku) is a rush attack used by Future Trunks Brief in his Super Saiyan form.

First, Super Saiyan Future Trunks charges at his opponent and kicks them up into the air. Next, he flies up and comes down to vertically slash his opponent with his sword. Then, Super Saiyan Future Trunks attacks his opponent with multiple slashes using his sword. Finally, he draws his hand back and brings it forward to blast his opponent away with a yellow energy wave, inflicting a high amount of damage.

Dragon Ball Z

Future Trunks used this attack to kill Mecha Freeza. Believing that Future Trunks was killed by his Supernova, Mecha Freeza and his father, King Cold, became distracted long enough for Future Trunks (who had actually teleported away from the blast) to fire a Burning Attack at them. Although Mecha Freeza managed to avoid it, this made him an easy target for Future Trunks to attack him with the Shining Sword Attack, putting an end to the robotic evil tyrant.
