The Bomber DX (デラックス ボンバー, Derakkusu Bonbā; Literally meaning "Deluxe Bomber") is an energy sphere attack used by Nappa.

Usage

Nappa holds his hand out and charges a fierce pulsating white sphere of energy in his hand. He then reels back when he is ready and tosses a large, pure white (golden when using his Lightning Aura) energy sphere at his opponent, creating an enormous explosion on contact.

History

Dragon Ball Z

Nappa first used this attack to destroy Yetti on Planet Arlia before his arrival on Planet Earth.

On Earth, Nappa used this attack against Kuririn in revenge for having his face scarred by Kuririn's Destructo Disk. Kuririn became injured by the attack, but Nappa was interrupted from launching a second one by Piccolo's Destructive Wind. Nappa used the Bomber DX again in an attempt to destoy Son Gohan, but ended up killing Piccolo instead when he jumped in the way of the blast. Nappa used it one last time with his Lightning Aura against Son Goku, who nullified the attack with only a scream.

Video games

Bomber DX is named in the Budokai video game series and is one of Nappa's attacks.

It is named Impact Bomb in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast and is one of Nappa's Super Attacks.
