Summary
This episode begins with Super Buu arriving at the lookout, he yells at the Z Fighters to produce the challenger. Super Buu explains that he was promised a good fight and now he was here for it. Piccolo tells him that the promise was made for two days, and that they still had one, but Super Buu doesn't care. Desperate, Piccolo tells Super Buu he could destroy all the Earthlings while waiting for the battle. Super Buu rules out this possibility by destroying almost all of the worlds population in one blast. Piccolo gives in and says he can have Gotenks ready in an hour, Super Buu agrees to wait. While Super Buu isn't looking Piccolo asks Krillin to take Goten and Trunks to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to train.
Trivia
- It is highly possible that some characters like Captain Ginyu, Mercenary Tao, Dr. Brief, Mrs. Brief, Erasa, Sharpner, Idasa, Ikose, Mr. Shu, and Android 17 were killed in this episode when Super Buu used his Genocide Attack. This is suggested when Goku and Supreme Kai talk about the incident, saying "Buu killed them all". If any of them managed to survive (as Hercule, Bee, Tien, and Chiaotzu had), they would eventually be killed in Episode 261, Evil Kid Buu, when Kid Buu blows up the Earth.
- Super Buu talks as if he is the original Majin Buu in this episode. He says that Goku told him that two strong warriors wanted to fight him.
