The Super Masenko (超魔閃光, Chō-masenkō; Literally meaning "Super Demon Flash Ray") is an energy wave attack used by Son Gohan.
Usage[edit]
First, Gohan raises his hands above his head like the normal Masenko, but charges it with more power. Next, while it is being prepared, some of the excess energy is released as streaks of yellow electricity. Finally, Gohan brings his hands forward and fires the attack at his opponent, inflicting a high amount of damage.
History[edit]
Dragon Ball Z[edit]
Frieza Saga[edit]
Gohan used this attack in his battle against Freeza in his Final Form on Planet Namek. While stalling Final Form Freeza until Planet Namek's explosion, Gohan sensed that his father was still alive after he was earlier knocked into the ground. Enraged, Gohan powered up and yelled at Final Form Freeza, "You hurt my dad! You killed my friend!" He then charged at Final Form Freeza and knocked him to the ground with a barrage of punches and kicks. Gohan followed up by blasting Final Form Freeza with the Super Masenko, creating a huge explosion. Final Form Freeza emerged from the blast unharmed. Before he was about to kill Gohan, Goku rose up into the air and Gohan flew away to Goku's spaceship while his father finished the battle against Final Form Freeza.
