The Ultimate Kamehame-Ha (究極 かめはめ波, Kyūkyoku Kamehameha; Literally meaning "Ultimate Turtle Destruction Wave") is a golden-yellow-colored version of the Super Kamehameha and used by Son Gohan in his Ultimate form. First, Ultimate Gohan draws his hands to his right side and prepares the Super Kamehameha. Next, he charges the power of his Ultimate form within the attack, increasing the power and changing it from the standard whitish-blue color to golden-yellow. Finally, Ultimate Gohan brings his hands forward and fires the attack at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Ultimate Gohan used this attack in his battle against Super Boo (Gotenks absorbed). After exhanging several blows with Super Boo (Gotenks absorbed), Ultimate Gohan jumped into the air off of a few boulders and fired the Ultimate Kamehame-Ha down at Super Boo (Gotenks absorbed), who countered with a Vanishing Beam. The two energy waves collided in an Energy Beam Struggle and neither attack was able to gain the upper hand. When Ultimate Gohan and Super Boo (Gotenks absorbed) charged more power into the Ultimate Kamehame-Ha and Vanishing Beam, respectively, the Energy Beam Struggle grew bigger until it ended with a huge explosion.

Ultimate Kamehame-Ha appeared in the Budokai Tenkaichi video game series where the color was changed to blue. It is one of Gohan's Blast 2 attacks in his Ultimate form under the name Super Kamehameha. The attack also appeared in Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout, but the color is golden-yellow, the same color as in the anime. It also appeared in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 as the final part of Ultimate Gohan's Ultimate Attack, the Burst Rush.
