Full Power Energy Wave (フルパワーエネルギー波) is one of the basic energy wave Blast 2 attacks in the Budokai Tenkaichi series and a more powerful version in the Anime and the Manga. To use it, the user starts by charging an energy sphere in their hand(s). Then, they draw their hand(s) forward and fire the energy sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.

A varation of the Full Power Energy Wave the Original Kamehameha appeared for the first time in Dragon Ball, where it was used by Master Roshi, in the episode The Kamehameha Wave.
And later he used another varation of the Full Power Energy Wave, the MAX Power Kamehameha, to extinguish the roaring flames on Fire Mountain. The MAX Power Kamehameha succeeded in extinguishing the fire, but the blast was so powerful that it blew away the mountain and the Ox-King's castle.
Goku used the Kamehameha, trying to mimic Master Roshi, but it was weak, as Goku hadn't learned the technique yet.
