Gala (ガラ, Gara) is a police officer in Penguin Village. He and his partner, Pagos, constantly have their car destroyed (accidentally) by an excitedly running Arale Norimaki.

Biography

Wonder Island

Gala's first appearance was in the second half of Wonder Island also as a policeman, though the setting was entirely different.

Dragon Ball

Gala helped Pagos and Taro try to arrest General Blue during the General Blue Saga, but ended up failing. He later got with the rest of the Penguin Village Police Force and ended up shooting King Nikochan's UFO down.

Dr. Slump

Gala and Pagos in Dr. Slump.

In Dr. Slump, Gala wore a police helmet instead of a police hat.
